If you've been injured in an accident or incident in the last 3 years, you may be entitled to compensation. There are some exceptions to the 3 year time limit, for example, in the case of a child, a claim can be made up until the child reaches the age of 21. We deal with claims for injuries suffered as a result of many different types of accidents and injuries and would be pleased to have a claim for compensation assessed for you.
What can I claim for?
A compensation claim can be made for pain and suffering, loss of income, damaged possessions and any other financial losses incurred because of the accident.
What types of accident claims do you deal with?
We deal with all types of personal injury claims. Whatever the cause of your injury, we can put you in touch with one of our specialist solicitors, who are experienced in accidents like yours.
How much compensation could I receive?
Every personal injury claim is different and the amount of compensation awarded depends upon a number of factors. In addition to compensation for personal injury, a claim can also be made for loss of earnings and any other financial losses and expenses incurred due to the accident.
Why don't I have to pay any costs?
Your solicitor will fund your claim and protect you from having to pay your legal costs. You will not be asked to take out a loan or credit agreement - there really is no catch. If your claim is successfully your solicitor will claim your compensation and also his legal costs from the other side's insurance company. Your claim will be dealt with on a no win no fee basis, meaning that win or lose there will be no cost to you. The funding of your claim will be explained to you fully before you proceed with your claim. You will receive 100% of your compensation - paid directly to you.
How long will my claim take?
Many claims, particularly road traffic accident claims, can be settled within a few months. Severe injury claims generally take longer. It is in everyone's interest to process your claim without delay. Further advice will be available once we have had a chance to consider your individual claim.
